Refund & Cancellation Policy


Effective Date: 31/03/2025

1. Cancellation by Client

You may cancel services at any time by providing written notice.

Pre-Project Cancellation: If you cancel before work begins, any deposits may be refunded less administrative fees (10% of project value).

Mid-Project Cancellation: If you cancel after work commences, you will be invoiced for work performed up to the date of cancellation. No further refunds will be issued.


2. Refunds

Non-Refundable Fees: Deposits, retainers, and milestone payments are non-refundable once the corresponding work has been delivered or started.

Exceptional Circumstances: In rare cases (e.g., duplicate payment), refunds may be processed at our discretion.


3. Retainer & Monthly Services

Notice Period: To cancel ongoing retainer services, provide 30 days’ written notice.

Final Invoice: You will be billed for all services rendered during the notice period. No partial refunds for unused days.


4. How to Request Cancellation or Refund

Submit your request in writing to hello@nirvanadesigns.co with “Cancellation/Refund Request” in the subject line. We will acknowledge within 5 business days.
